Luisa's Art is an Australian-based art business operated by Luisa Nardi-Scott in Queensland, Australia.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and all purchases made through it.
PRODUCTS
Luisa's Art offers both original artworks and fine art prints.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by Luisa Nardi-Scott using original materials and techniques.
Prints are high-quality reproductions created from professionally scanned original artworks.
Each product listing will clearly identify whether the artwork is an original piece or a print edition.
ARTWORK DESCRIPTIONS
Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colours, textures, dimensions, and details.
However, colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays. Luisa's Art cannot guarantee that colours viewed online will appear exactly the same in person.
SIGNATURES
All artworks are signed by Luisa Nardi-Scott, typically on the back of the artwork unless otherwise specified.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Luisa's Art ships both within Australia and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork size, destination, and any special packaging requirements.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Luisa's Art is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country.
PACKAGING
All artworks are carefully packaged and handled with great care to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the original and limited nature of the artworks, Luisa's Art does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact Luisa's Art within five (5) days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
• The artwork
• The packaging
• Any visible damage
Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist.
Where damage is verified, Luisa's Art will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Luisa Nardi-Scott and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
Customers may not:
• Reproduce artwork
• Copy artwork
• Create derivative works
• Sell reproductions
• Use artwork for commercial purposes
• Distribute images for commercial use
without prior written permission from Luisa Nardi-Scott.
Sharing purchased artwork on social media for personal use with appropriate credit is welcomed and appreciated.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the website.
Unauthorized use of website content may result in legal action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.
